Diagnostic Project- Putting it All Together
Your diagnostic project will be turned in via Moodle.
Your diagnostic project should include the following
materials:
- description of students
- pre-assessment and results
- summary of what and how your planned to teach based on the pre-assessment data
and teachers' input
- lesson plans (at least 5)...must be detailed and include summary at end of
lesson about how your data influences what you will teach next
- rubric assignment
- data analysis assignment
- post-assessment and results
-1 page maximum reflection, What did you learn from this experience in regards
to: planning math lessons? teaching students? using data to determine what and
how to teach?
Optional:
- student work samples scanned in the computer
- digital picture
All of those files should be uploaded into Moodle.

Scanning directions- on a
scanner-connected computer (in the COED basement public lab areas)
1. Open--> Acrobat 7
2. Put document into scanner
3. File--> Create PDF--> from scanner
4. Source--> 8270 Series Twain
5. Scan
6. Choose Black and white
7. Hit o.k.
8. Done (render pages)
9. Save it.
