Duties: Assisting in the design, development and teaching of an online course offered to in-service teachers that were enrolled in the University of Georgia's Technology Integration Program. The course was taught using the Horizon Wimba platform with materials stored in WebCT. Students: 25.

Co-instructor, Introduction to Computers for Teachers, EDIT 2000 (May 2003).
Duties: Co-taught a summer session of an undergraduate course for pre-service teachers that introduced ways to integrate technology into education. Primary duties included designing and delivering instruction and developing rubrics for class assignments. Students: 20.

Duties: Assisted in a pre-service mathematics methods course for Early Childhood majors. Taught class sessions on geometry and probability concepts.

Undergraduate Course Design
Course co-designer, Introduction to Computers for Teachers, EDIT 2010 (Spring 2004)
Duties: Co-designed an undergraduate course for pre-service teachers that introduced ways to integrate technology into education. The focus of the modified course was creating web-based portfolios to capture evidence of teacher practice, and provide an avenue for pre-service teachers' to reflect on their course work and professional growth. This course was the research site for the "Tracing Preservice Teachers' View of Technology Integration" project.

Professional Development Experience
Technology Integration in Mathematics (July 2003-May 2004)
Duties: Developed and designed professional development activities that were funded by a Georgia Department of Education Teacher Quality grant. The professional development assisted K-5 teachers in Clarke County and Ogelthorpe County, GA in the integration of technology in learner-centered mathematics investigations.

Center for Proficiency in Teaching Mathematics (May 2003-present)
Duties: Year 1: Provided technology support to middle school mathematics teachers and teacher educators that participated in a one-week workshop focused on developing teachers' mathematical content knowledge, techology skills and experience with mathematical investigations.

Year 2: Assisted in the design and development of a professional development program for mathematics and mathematics teacher educators.

William and Mary Eisenhower Institutes for Mathematics Education. College of William & Mary. (Summer of 2001, 2002)
Duties: Assisted in the design, development and delivery of professional development to elementary and middle grades mathematics teachers. The program aimed to support participants' design and development of learning environments that were aligned with the Virginia Standards of Learning. Duties also involved organizing an annual conference for 300 teachers from around Virginia, where the Eisenhower participants presented their work to colleagues.

Preparing Teachers to Teach with Technology (PT3) Grant. College of William and Mary. (April 2001-June 2002)
Duties: Collaborated with other elementary school teachers and pre-service teachers to design and develop technology-enhanced learning environments that were aligned with the Virginia Standards of Learning. Duties also included mentoring pre-service teachers on designing and integrating technology-rich activities into K-5 classrooms.
