Below you will find the NCARE 2008 conference proceedings. NCARE 2008 took place in New Bern, North Carolina on February 29th. At NCARE 2008, there were over 50 presentations and over 80 participants attended this conference. Frances Bradburn, John Guard, Elizabeth Hodge and Tamara Walser participated in a lively general session related to the role of educational research in North Carolina. Ya-yu Lo and Chuang Wang from UNC-Charlotte also received the 2007 Distinguished Paper award.
